The Delta Muzzle Brake

The Delta Muzzle Brake by Live Oak Accuracy is an extremely effective brake that reduces recoil, reduces muzzle rise and best of all customer time-able. This means no more cost or down time to have a brake installed and timed by a gunsmith or machinist.

In field testing, it was found that the Delta brake reduced recoil over 45% which is at the same level as the best brakes on the market and muzzle rise was reduced up to 75%. This reduction in recoil and muzzle rise allows a shooter to stay on target and witness impacts with even the largest of calibers. The small holes in the top and sides were specifically sized to act as jets with the top acting against the muzzle rise and the sides to push against each other to keep the muzzle centered.

Not only is the Delta customer time-able but you can also adjust the brake to help prevent or even eliminate the muzzle from pulling left or right. This can be done by timing the brake so that the top ports are off center or the 12 o’clock position to counter the direction that the muzzle wants to go. Example- Your muzzle comes up and to the left, you would time the centerline of the top ports towards the 11 o’clock range. The top ports which act to counteract this motion.

The Delta brake is installed quickly and comes with the only tool needed. It is available in different diameters and all common calibers.
